Online Store Returns Policy

As a small business we do our best to make sure you receive your purchases timely, well packed and in good condition. Where possible we use recycled packaging.

Tansley & Co will accept requests for returns of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of delivery. However, we are not able to refund returns for change of mind. Please check descriptions carefully to ensure you understand what you are purchasing. Many items we sell are second hand vintage items and may show signs of wear and tear.

Any item returned should be done so in the original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived, which may be as new or used depending on the product. Tansley & Co will pay for return shipping if the item is found to be damaged or faulty. There are no other charges payable for returns.

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact us and we will confirm the best return arrangements with you (via post or in store drop off). We aim to process returns within 7 days.

We will provide a full refund via the original purchase method or a store credit once the return is processed within 7 days.
